Padway & Padway was originally founded by Milton S. Padway in 1942 upon his graduation from the University of Wisconsin Law School.  However, he soon enlisted in the military and served his country throughout World War II.  After the war, Milton returned to Milwaukee and the firm.  M. Nicol Padway joined the firm in 1975 and he was followed by William Padway in 1982, as well as a number of associates throughout the years.
