Will was a partner at Padway & Padway and actively practiced law in Wisconsin from 1982 to 2006. He believed the best legal representation is provided through a thorough and honest evaluation of the situation, hard work, and an open line of communication with clients. He understood and appreciated his clients and their legal problems. He felt honored to represent our clients and did so diligently and to the best of his ability.
He was married to Vicky Padway for 20 years and had three children. Will trained and spoke at seminars for Municipal Judges and Court Clerks and often addressed Labor Union Members on numerous legal topics pertaining to the work place. Will believed everyone has an obligation to assist their community. He volunteered by organizing and running the Glendale little league, (1995-1997), Nicolet Youth Basketball Club, (1997-2003), coached youth soccer, (1993-2002), and coached the Nicolet High School summer basketball team, (2001-2006). He spoke annually to high school seniors educating them on the legal consequences of their actions.
